Merrilee Bradfield WIns Award at McMurry Art Show

Merrilee Bradfield of Abilene Texas recently won Second Place in Graphic Art and First Place in Photography in the Hand-picked Favorites Student Show at McMurry University's Gypsy Ted Gallery.

The juried art show was judged by Linda Fawcett, professor of art.She has taught painting, drawing, art history and computer graphics/digital photography classes at HSU since 1981. Fawcett is also active in the Texas Association of Schools of Art, currently assistant to the president, and served as president of the organization from 1996 to 1998 and from 2006 to 2008.
